RubiDM is a website where businesses and individuals can create portfolios to showcase their work, products or services and create worldwide audience base. They can choose hosting plans and feature their portfolios on our homepage or social media by booking slots.
My business falls under two different categories, which one should I choose?

The category helps the audience understand the essence of your business. There is no right or wrong selection. Please select the category your business mostly focuses on. However, please note that once a portfolio is created, the category CANNOT be changed. However, you can create a new portfolio for the same business but with a different category.
Can I update my portfolio at any time?

Yes, you can update your portfolio at any time to ensure that it reflects the latest information about your business. However, please note that the "business start date" field, "category" field of your portfolio CANNOT be updated once they are set. This ensures consistency and accuracy in categorizing your business within our platform. For all other updates or changes to your portfolio, simply log in to your RubiDM account and navigate to the "My Account" page to make the necessary modifications.
How do I feature my portfolio on RubiDM homepage or social media?

To feature your portfolio on RubiDM homepage or social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), you can book a slot through our website. Simply navigate to the "Get Featured" page and choose the desired slot based on availability and pricing. Once booked, our team will showcase your portfolio as per the selected slot.
Can I change my hosting plan?

Yes, you have the flexibility to change your hosting plan at any time. However, please note that changes will only take effect after your current plan expires. This means you can switch to a different hosting plan when renewing your subscription.
What payment methods are accepted for hosting plans and booking slots?

RubiDM accepts payments for hosting plans and booking slots via major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Rupay. Simply use your preferred card during the checkout process on our website to complete your transaction.
