Portfolio creation and hosting are currently offered free of charge. RubiDM does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, or business growth.
User Responsibilities
By using RubiDM, you agree to:

2) Ensure that your portfolio content complies with all applicable laws.
3) Not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content.
4) Respect intellectual property rights of others.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
Portfolio Content
You retain ownership of your portfolio content. By uploading content to RubiDM, you grant RubiDM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content across the RubiDM website and its official communication channels, including social media platforms, for the purpose of operating, marketing, and promoting the platform.
Social Media Disclaimer
RubiDM may share or promote portfolio content through its official social media channels. Users acknowledge that such platforms are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. RubiDM is not responsible for actions, policies, content removal, algorithm changes, or restrictions imposed by these platforms.
No Endorsement or Verification
RubiDM does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of any business or portfolio listed on the platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any business. RubiDM is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between users.
Donations / Voluntary Support
RubiDM may accept voluntary contributions or donations to support platform development.
1) Donations are entirely optional.
2) Donations do not guarantee additional visibility, promotion, or preferential treatment.
3) All donations are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
