About us
Hello I'm Rachael Kraez, Owner & Baker. Baking is not only my hobby but my passion. I have an Associates degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Food and beverage Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University. I grew up in Longmeadow so opening my bakery in my hometown is a dream come true! I started my business in 2020 in my parent’s kitchen and it soon grew too big so I decided it was time to look for a place to open up a bakery.
